"It's been two YEARS since I ordered a mask..."
I placed an order for a mask two years back so my daughter could play the clarinet at school. Today, I got another call and voice message from them, just two days after the last one. The message went something like this: 'Hey, my name is ______. I'm your account manager. I’d like to discuss a few things if you feel like calling me back...' Seriously? On a Sunday, no less! It's just plain weird. I get enough calls from scammers as it is...

"Avoid placing orders here!"
Every time you make a purchase, you get swamped with a ton of pesky advertisement emails that you just can't seem to stop! I tried hitting the unsubscribe button ten times and even checked my profile to find a way to turn off all those notifications, but nothing worked. I'm still getting hit with daily emails from them.

"Deceived by Woodwind and Brass"
I attempted to purchase some trick drum pedals back in November. They assured me I'd receive them in December, but then claimed they were shipped at the end of that month. I was told they’d arrive within 24 hours. When I called today, I was misled again, as they said the pedals were on back order. I reached out to Trick Pedals directly, and they confirmed the order had already been sent out. So, it seems I’ve been given the runaround. From now on, I’ll be shopping at Sweetwater.

"Five Years Later and Still No Instrument"
I purchased a pocket trumpet from this company five years back, and let me tell you, it was over 500 bucks wasted. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They apparently went bankrupt some time ago, so naturally, they can't manage their operations. What was I thinking…

"It's been five years and I never received my instrument"
Bought a pocket trumpet from them five years ago,
It was more than 500$ down the drain.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Apparently they filed for bankruptcy a while back,
So of course, they can't take care of their business.
What did I expect…

"How did I end up on their mailing list?"
How did I end up on their mailing list? I keep getting daily emails in my inbox! Have you ever tried to opt-out? The emails just keep rolling in. I called customer support. The rep told me their "unsubscribe" server was "down" and would be back up shortly. He mentioned he would take care of unsubscribing me himself, but it might take a few days. Well, it still hasn't happened—I got another email from them today. I'll hang tight for a few more days to see if I actually get off their email list.

"Watch out for those pesky newsletters you can't opt out of"
You gotta create an account to shop, and after that, good luck unsubscribing without making a phone call. I think it's against the law these days to bombard folks with emails and not have an easy way to unsubscribe. I won't be shopping there again, especially with all the other negative feedback.

"Beware of newsletters you can't unsubscribe from"
They force you to create an account and once done, you can't subscribe without having to call them. Pretty sure it's illegal nowadays to spam people with email and no automatic unsubscribing method. I'll never buy there for that and the other many bad reviews.

"Get Ready for a Flood of Spam from Woodwind & Brasswind!"
Do yourself a solid and steer clear of giving Woodwind & Brasswind your email address. I made that blunder, and once those twice-a-day emails started flooding in, I thought I could just hit the 'unsubscribe' button. Did that do the trick? Nope! It just prompted me to log in and fiddle with my email and subscription settings. So, I followed those steps, thinking I’d finally be free from the spam. Did that work? Nope! I got a message saying I had to call during business hours to get off the list. "Well, ain't that something!" I thought, as I reluctantly picked up the phone. A sales rep picked up and immediately launched into a sales pitch. I told him I just wanted to unsubscribe. I let him know how ridiculous it was that unsubscribing was such a hassle, but his ever-cheerful voice made it clear he’s used to handling these calls. He promised I’d be off the list in 10 business days. Fast forward to now, and here I am, 20 business days later, still bombarded with multiple WW&BW spam emails every day. Bottom line: steer clear. Really, just stay away!

"Welcome to a Lifetime of SPAM Emails from Woodwind & Brasswind!"
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT give Woodwind & Brasswind your email info. I made that mistake, and once the 2x daily emails started pouring in, I tried to use the simple 'unsubscribe' button. Did that work? Nope! It just told me to log in and change my email and subscription preferences. So, I obediently followed those instructions, thinking I would then be able to unsubscribe. Did that work? Nope! I got a message that I needed to call during business hours to request an unsubscribe. "Well, that's a first!" I thought, as I begrudgingly dialed the number. A sales associate answered and immediately tried to sell me stuff. I told him I just wanted to unsubscribe. I gave him an earful about how unsubscribing shouldn't be this difficult, but his perma-grin-soaked voice, unwavering through it all, tipped me off that he fields a lot of such calls. He assured me I'd be unsubscribed within 10 business days. Now, here I am 20 business days later, still on the receiving end of multiple WW&BW spam emails per day. In short, stay away. Stay far, far away!

"Outstanding Support from the Team"
I gotta say, I'm really blown away by the support I received from the folks at WWBW. Over the last five months, I've made 12 purchases with them. Every single order was handled just right and super quick. Working with their team has been a real joy!

"Checking out a product on their site was a huge blunder..."
I checked out a product on their site (HUGE MISTAKE), and I didn’t even create an account. Right away, I started receiving daily emails from them. Like many others, I hit the 'Unsubscribe' button at least six times over a few days, and I even called them up, where they promised it would be sorted out right away. But nope. Why would I ever purchase from a company that just keeps bugging me every single day? What a ridiculous business strategy.

"Unsubscribe Nightmare!!!"
Like many others, I'm struggling to get off their never-ending email list (they hit me up daily), even after trying their site, sending emails, and even making a phone call! It's absurd and feels illegal. Seriously, steer clear of this company.

"A Whole Lotta Confusion... Odd Business Practices"
A few months back, I picked up a new Epiphone Riviera and asked if they could send it in a hard shell case instead of the usual cardboard box. They assured me they could do that. The guitar was on back order, and the next day, they sent me the case. I called them up, saying, 'Hey, you were supposed to send the case with the guitar inside!' So, they had to retrieve it and give me a refund. When the guitar finally arrived months later, it came in a cardboard box. They didn’t even check it for issues... the fret ends were sharp, and I had to get that fixed. I thought I was saving some cash by buying from them... big mistake. The next guitar I got was from Sweetwater, and they sent it in a hard shell case and actually inspected it for any problems. What a difference! I won’t be shopping at Woodwind & Brasswind again.
